We never dreamed that our visit to Sleepy Hollow Realty would result in our becoming lakefront property owners. We have to say that Sleepy Hollow Realty was a major contributor to that purchase. Yes, the lake sells itself, however, Sleepy Hollow Realty knew the property so well that they were able to show us exactly the lots that were suitable to our needs and finances; which resulted in our immediate decision to purchase. All our questions were answered regarding the lake, the community, and the facilities. We felt confident in this information as our realtor lives in the community and had first hand knowledge of what it was kike to live there. This was a very reassuring factor in our decision to purchase.
